Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with BRS’s mission and growth objectives.
• Oversee the execution of core business functions, including manufacturing, logistics, IT, marketing, and customer service.
• Ensure operational efficiency across global markets, including the U.S., Asia, and Europe.
2. Strategic Execution
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to execute BRS’s strategic vision and expand its market presence.
• Lead the scaling of BRS’s platform, including device manufacturing, SaaS operations, and on-demand healthcare services.
• Drive business expansion into new markets, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards.
3. Team and Culture Development
• Build and mentor high-performing teams across multiple departments.

4. Financial and Operational Metrics
• Manage budgets, forecast revenue growth, and control costs to maximize profitability.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Use advanced analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize revenue streams.
• Customer Success: Collaborate with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure exceptional client experiences, leading to high retention and satisfaction rates.
• Pricing Models: Develop competitive pricing strategies for device leases, SaaS subscriptions, and training programs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO to align revenue targets with financial goals and ensure regulatory compliance across all subsidiaries.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in revenue generation, sales leadership, or business development, preferably in med-tech, SaaS, or healthcare industries.
• Proven track record of scaling revenues beyond $100M annually.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C revenue models, particularly SaaS and device leasing.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with global markets and expansion strategies.
