- Application open to residents of Southern California . 

- Pre-med student and Nurse Practitioner are welcome.  

- Basic Anatomy Knowledge required. 

- Implementation of the skill set and practice on treating real volunteer patients.

- Satisfactorily complete the training and passed the test, would become a graduate Reverse Vision Loss Practitioner- RVL Practitioner.
